"I met Gina online when I was looking for a cat and house sitter for about two and a half weeks. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences in the past with pet sitters so I was nervous and struggling to trust myself in picking the right person. I interviewed everyone who applied (there were a lot of people) and Gina instantly stood out. She went out of her way to ensure that I felt safe and knew that she was trustworthy, and when I offered her the spot, she got everything in order that day and booked her ticket.

When I met her in person I could instantly feel how warm and caring she was. She was so excited to meet my two cats and was gentle and patient with them while they warmed up to her. She even brought them some gifts! When I was gone, it was obvious that she had listened to everything I had asked of her. She texted me every day, and responded to my messages quickly. She even was understanding when I wanted to FaceTime them at the last minute and made herself available for me. Throughout my trip I felt safe and had a great vacation that was a big part because of the comfort it gave me knowing my cats were well taken care of by Gina. Both my cats also escaped my catio- very much the fault of the faulty screen, but she was able to lure them both back which is something even I struggle with being able to do (one of my cats had run away from a pet sitter in the past until I came home, she was outside for a total of three days). When I came home, everything was clean, and my cats weren’t mad at me like they usually are when I go away, which just shows how comfortable and loved they felt with her. I could see how much they liked her and knew that she had taken really good care of them while I was gone. 

If you are thinking about hiring Gina, you should just do it. She’s wonderful, kind, caring, and attentive, and my cats loved her. She will be my first pick for any future trips I go on". - Anaya B. 

"I’ve worked with Gina four times over the course of a year, and am so grateful to have a reliable caregiver for my anxious dog.  She is community-minded, having been a long time resident of MP, and I appreciate her personable and respectful nature.  

Over the multiple times she’s worked with us, she has been highly communicative and dedicated to the welfare of of my guy, but some highlights include: 

⁃The first two times she dog-sat for us coincided with the atmospheric rivers that brought drenching rains and tree-falling winds.  It was not pleasant to have to walk dogs in the pouring rain but she was able to manage with constant communication.  She was once flooded in but she quickly worked out a care plan with the help of my neighbor to ensure my dog was still cared for.  

⁃During our last trip, my dog wouldn’t eat for the first day.  Concerned, she offered to bring him boiled chicken from home to ensure he wasn’t too hungry.  

⁃ It’s apparent she spent real quality time with my guy, who on our last visit, nearly shook his butt off with excitement and brought her his favorite toy.

As a first-time dog parent, it’s taken a while to figure out a good sweet spot for a travel care plan, and I so appreciate her taking such good care of our guy."- Esther K.
